CTH Level 3: Foundation Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality - Cascade Institute of Hospitality

This course provides students with an understanding of hotel and tourism industry, which allows them to develop their knowledge and skills to go on and assume operational and supervisory roles in the hospitality industry, such as; Waiters, Front office Clerks (Receptionists), Room Stewards, Bartenders, Uniformed Staff in Front Office, Reservation Clerks, Front Desk Cashiers, and Supervisors on the same areas.

  2. Business Computing for Hospitality
  3. English Language for Hospitality
  4. Foreign Language
  5. Food Production Theory & Practical
  6. Food & Beverage Service Theory & Practical
  7. Marketing Essentials for Hospitality
  8. Tourism & Hospitality Industry
  9. Customer Relationships in Tourism & Hospitality
  10. Front office procedures
  11. Housekeeping Operation

Entry requirements – KCSE D+, Proficiency in English Language

Duration – 1 Year (4 terms)

Tuition Fees – 33,000 per term
