This course provides students with an understanding of hotel and tourism industry, which allows them to develop their knowledge and skills to go on and assume operational and supervisory roles in the hospitality industry, such as; Waiters, Front office Clerks (Receptionists), Room Stewards, Bartenders, Uniformed Staff in Front Office, Reservation Clerks, Front Desk Cashiers, and Supervisors on the same areas.
