This qualification covers all the essential patisserie and confectionery skills.  It is designed to prepare students for a successful career as pastry chefs as well as improving their overall culinary ability. It is ideal for those looking to become professional pastry chefs.

  2. Techniques & Skills in Fermented Dough Products 
  3. Food & Beverage Service Techniques & Practical
  4. Kitchen Organization
  5. Techniques & Skills in producing pastes and petit fours
  6. Supervising the pastry section

Entry Requirements:   KCSE C-  and Proficiency in English Language
Duration:     2 Years (8 terms)
Tuition Fees:  KES. 35,000 per term
